Dabei ist hinlänglich bekannt, dass Sport einen entscheidenden Faktor für unsere Gesundheit spielt. In
den vergangenen Jahren wurde der Nutzen von Bewegung zur Minderung des Krebsrisikos
genauer unter die Lupe genommen. Nach Jahrzehnten der Forschung konnten
Wissenschaftler kürzlich erste eindeutige Zusammenhänge der zugrundeliegenden
Mechanismen von Sport auf die Minderung des Krebsrisikos bzw. der
Tumorentstehung aufzeigen. Diese Einflüsse wirken gleichermaßen bei bestehenden
Erkrankungen als Verteidigungssystem.
